ABOUT KMAA'S CLASSES
Our curriculum is based on Taekwondo, however, we incorporate a variety of other Martial Arts techniques into our programs.
KMAA provides over 50 classes per week ranging from beginner level to advanced Black Belts. All classes incorporate a wide variety of drills and techniques including:
For the Dragons, Cadets and Adults programs at KMAA, we recommend students train twice per week, if their schedule allows, for retention and progression through our syllabus.

VALUES AND BENEFITS OF MARTIAL ARTS
Taekwondo provides valuable life-long skills for all ages. The mental and physical benefits that are offered through martial arts are extensive.
Younger students, aged 3-12, develop confidence, motor skills, coordination, listening, respect, self-discipline and focus.
As well as these benefits, teenagers and adults also comment on the vast improvements in their fitness, flexibility and core strength.
There are several core values underpinning Taekwondo. These values include respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and an indomitable spirit.
Students adopt these values each in their own way. Our Instructing Team work to encourage students to be their best whilst adopting these values not only in their training, but in life.
