KMAA’s Cadets classes help our teenage students to increase their fitness, build their confidence and flexibility while in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Student's in the Cadets classes complete practical self defence, weaponry, kicking, striking and Poomsae techniques as well as break falling, cat rolling and teamwork activities.
Martial arts is ideal for teenagers as it promotes a respectful and positive attitude whilst leading a healthy lifestyle, beginning with good exercise habits. Our Cadets Instructors encourage our teens to strive for their best, recognise goals and have fun! Cadets classes are a great way for each student to learn lifelong skills and friends.
